It depends..me i think it will be more of thieves and those who bought
n sold the merchandise that will be in trouble

as far as trainers/beards/ doping horses...not so much
as thats been common knpwledge for years..and racing commission
DID NOTHING!!
hopefully those hi up the food chain
at clevetuckey ate part of the buyin and sellin
the stolen goods and are busted
