FBI and State Racing Commissions looking to clean up in 2027
« on: October 31, 2026, 07:40:22 AM »
I am thinking around 15-20 Trainers will not be around

in 2028.

The Filions ruined the Industry in Canada with bad PR

Guys like Fishman, Noble and the incarcerated trainers ruined
it for everyone in USA

Yes ..the purses go on...but attendance has dwindled..

and is heading South...

Few have any credibility in Harness Racing anymore

and the few that did wager are or have moved to the

Tbreds.

If the Commissions dont ramp it up ..it is over.

Real insult that Northfield allows Noble to drive there.

MGM has received many calls....RE: Noble Crooks

Give them a call ..Head office.

Nobles done nothing wrong

Quote
Driver Dan Noble and his wife, trainer Christi Noble, were barred from racing at Eldorado Scioto Downs (along with other Ohio tracks like Dayton Raceway) following extreme integrity and transparency concerns surrounding their unprecedented "4-for-4" performance on closing night of the Scioto Downs meet on September 13, 2025.
The situation stemmed from a mix of highly suspicious winning times, a sudden change in detention rules, and track management exercising its right to exclude participants without a formal regulatory infraction.

Key Details Behind the Ban

• The Suspect "4-for-4" Sweep: On closing night, four horses trained by Christi and driven by Dan (Naturally Gifted A, Sinbad N, Celtic Spirit, and Helium N) won all four of their respective races.
• Abnormally Fast Times: The horses stopped the timer at blindingly fast, historic speeds ranging from 1:46.4 to 1:47.2. By comparison, the winning times for the rest of the races on that night's card were much slower, mostly averaging between 1:49 and 1:51.3.
• The Detention Barn Controversy: Throughout the racing meet, Scioto Downs management had mandated that the Nobles (along with select other stables) must keep and race their horses out of publicly monitored detention barns to ensure strict oversight. However, due to standard protocols, they were not required to race out of the detention barn on closing night. The sudden spike in historic performance the exact night they were out of detention raised immediate red flags across the industry.
• Private Property Exclusion: The ban was not handed down as a formal drug positive or rule violation by the Ohio State Racing Commission (OSRC). Instead, track ownership groups exercised their legal right as private property owners to deny racing privileges to individuals they believe compromise the integrity, fairness, and betting public's trust in the sport.
