BREAKING: Democratic Senate candidate Mary Peltola SMACKS DOWN Republican Dan Sullivan after he accuses her of CHEATING at the debate…because she’s answering the questions too well!
This is UTTERLY humiliating…
Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan is not good at debating. At his first debate with lifelong fisherwoman Mary Peltola, he got stealing her answers – and now he’s accused her of cheating, because he can’t even conceive of doing your homework and being ready for a debate.
“We weren't supposed to get these questions beforehand, were we?” asked Sullivan to the moderator.
“Neither one of you got questions beforehand. Absolutely not,” said the flabbergasted moderator.
“Okay, I'm just watching my opponent read from questions that seem to be answered,” whined Sullivan.
Peltola looks at him with disdain and simply says “I’m prepared.”
What a typically Republican show of cowardice. Any time they’re losing, they just cry foul, run to the referees, and accuse their opponents of cheating.
Are you kidding us, Dan? It’s called debate prep, sweaty, maybe you should try it sometime!
To be fair, it’s probably harder for him, seeing as he has no principles, no morals, and a diesel tanker full of MAGA baggage and corruption scandals!
He went on to do the other typical Republican thing – accuse your opponent of outrageous lies – but Mary wasn’t having that either.
“My opponent did vote against our military, did vote against pay raise for our troops because she wanted more transgender surgeries for our troops!” said Sullivan, in an absolutely pathetic show of transphobic hysteria.
Mary fired back “Alaskans have had it up to here with the lying and the dishonesty. Dan, you should be ashamed of yourself. Dan, you should be ashamed of yourself for propagating these lies!” before explaining that Republicans had put poison pills in the bill that Democrats had to cut out before they could approve it.
Sullivan is underwater in the polls, and it’s easy to see why.
His desperation drips off the screen like Rudy Giuliani’s eyeliner, while Mary stands tall with quiet confidence and conviction.
