you may be better off betting the T breds

It seems they know way too much at the Canada Tracks

Too much insider business going on

yes i would agree that some folks had an idea that horse would be good to go tonight
of course they are $8k claimers
he was dropping form a $10k
went from trainer to a decent drive who by the way gave that horse a hell of a drive
morning line odds likely were too high to start with

so fire the freakin oddsmaker if he cant handicap

yes should have been 4/1 ML.

The track is totally rigged up between the top 6

drivers....

top horses go dead.   live horse gets bet after the start

at the 1/4 POle odds go to nothing and 75% they are

100% Live

TOtal scam

just my 2c

"The track is totally rigged up between the top 6

drivers...."

So Captain, how is this organized?
Do they text each other the day before the race.
Do they agree on it in the drivers room the day of the race.
Do they do it via hand signals during the post parade.

What is the process for making it happen between the top 6 and how do drivers 7 - 11 not fuck things up?

after racing against each other for a decade

I am sure it is not rocket science....

drivers can read a form and see the tote...

a quick comment or signal during the warmups

or a comment like "the sky is blue"

or a nose twitch could signify not tonite.

how many hundreds of races at Mohawk do you see

the 4/5 shot at post time who looks invincible on paper

suddenly drift up in the odds after the bell inexplicably..

and you know you are deadwood 90% of the time..

and you guessed it....the horse that takes all the money

coincidentally goes the mile of his life.

a regular happenstance ....

when u have 2 horses that are both say 3/2.  to 2/1

doesnt take much to take a dive with one and stay

out of the #..

oldest profession.....pr ofessional stiff jobs

drive for second.  make it look good

Dudley Doowright should come in and clean the

place out of all the crooks...

What the Filions and Moreau did was a shame.

and now they will be back ...

Very sad

If they cleaned out all the crooks there wouldn't be hardly anyone left to race ngc3

This whole thread reads like a Jack Kiser newspaper article about Liberty Bell and Brandywine.
Takes me back to the 60's/70's.
I am just an old horse trainer still going around in circles. Sometimes Fast. Sometimes Half-Fast.

i have been playing Harness Racing in Ont since 1970..primarily Weg....2 things i never pay attention to...ML odds and driver,s weight.....inaccu racies abound.....trust your handicapping skills.....YYC was legit..last time he raced the class he was 3rd with Pouliot driving...who by the way was a weak driver even at Rideau  Carlton...he was driving at Flamboro and used Plante at Mohawk....did i bet him ?, no...i took Will,s Watching...but 15/1 was a silly posting on YYC
