I raced a maiden pacer at Batavia, raced him 4 starts he paced 2:04 and change, 5th start he wins,in 2:03. I was called in the paddock office as soon as I was off the bike. Jack Fay was on the phone, 9 am my office. Very quick meeting, better be no more big surprises.
