That may or not be true.  Look at the driving colony on the early part of the card excluding the amateur races.  Quite a few of the amateur drivers were driving against the big boys.  Read the driving colony in races 2,4,5.

Look at the class of horses for Friday night.  78 degrees, fast track and some of the miles early in the card were not fast.  An indicator of the 'New Meadowlands?  You decide!
