They have to have out of competition testing, that’s the only way to catch the cheats

It doesn't mean anything to test, when you do nothing of substance to the guilty parties. Push it off make a deal and take January off. Only tough penalties come from Ontario. Filion and Moreau done!!!! What happens here nothing.
