if by no horse power you mean longshots, isaw many longshots win or finish in the money.bartlett had a couple, miller had 1,james had 2 wins, hell todd was 150/1 and ran 3rd.what did tetrick and yannick do?
I would chose James over Tim now for sure. I've never been a Yannick fan at all. Lots of Bartlett's success is driving for the juices at the cesspool they call Yonkers

Bartlett usually puts his horses in play, so sometimes you get lucky with longshots. Tetrick drove his horses according to their odds and was never in contention.

Bartlett seems to only to have a chance on front end or with complete lay overs

He acts like he holds the blueprint to standardbred perfection, but the second real trainers walk into the barn, Mike disappears into the shadows—probably trying to remember if a harness attaches to the front or the back of the horse!

He’ll analyze a quarter-mile split with the intensity of a forensic scientist, entirely convinced he could drive a sulky better himself—right up until a 1,000-pound standardbred looks at him funny and he remembers he’s safer complaining behind a keyboard!
