Saying he is a little arrogant is putting it mildly. He is a blow hard and now constantly calls the race wrong. Anyone have any ideas who could replace him. As I said earlier in the thread I don't want it to be Settlemoir.

IMHO.. I think the Society people should bring in Ken Middleton for the Jugette & Jug days to call the 2 cards.. also recruit Blanchard n Emily Gaskin for pre/post race interviews, all 3 are highly skilled pros.. it's time for change on these big Delaware days.!!

Actually a perfect fit for Delaware. Living in the past when they 'USED' to be good. 11.wp

It sucks having to silently watch races, but he's become unlistenable. As for a replacement, anybody that isn't needlessly screaming and calls the correct horses articulately.

Roger is long past his prime and Delaware is supposed to be the pinnacle.  These big sponsors should pull there money until the broadcasting gets better when in reality Roger can't even speak to who is sponsoring other than plugging "the mike wokenburgh starting gate" every f'n race.  ROGER WE GET IT.  HE'S THE STARTER!
