If Freehold has a scheduled 1st race post time of 12:30 pm, why do they continue to go off at 12:35, 12: 37 or 12:38 pm?

Every track does this

Mohawk listed for 7:10 PM EST--but the normal time is around 7:23 or later to drag for their early Pick 5

Gural is the "drag queen" of them all--saying he will get slaughtered if he doesnt drag

all tracks do this--now standard for the industry
