Anthony and the horse both testified at the hearing.
Decision was they believed Anthony's version over the horse's story.
That being, it was the horse who picked up a 2x4 and beat Anthony.

Anthony re-instated and horse is suspended from racing until it completes it's anger management classes.

what did happen is that the commission rejected video from a phone saying they could not definitely  identify the horse( so a horse was beaten but since we cant tell who it is we just reject all evidence)
what did happen is some people who originally said they saw they act amazingly now had no recollection of seeing it
also many people who coincidently  do business with beaton in one way or another vouched for him

Shouldn't matter what horse it was!  The fact is a horse was beaten and this isn't the 1st time for him.
