No Hawthorne casino

Casino/construction info on their website has been taken down. Hawthorne has no financing to have a casino. They need $400 million.

Stick a fork in Hawthorne.  All of Illinois horse racing is done.  Very, very sad, as someone who has watched, bet on, and enjoyed it for over 50 years.  I give the overall sport no more than 20 years, then it will be all gone!
