Fryeburg Fair
« on: October 03, 2023, 07:54:26 PM »
Spent the day at the Fryeberg Fair. FREE FOR SENIORS!!!!! Of course the ride through those quiet towns where the fall colors were amazing was half the fun. Food was great but the races were the highlight of my day. The old grandstand was packed!!!!! So was trackside. They had about 20 tellers taking wagers. The whole day was mostly favorites. I started with a $200 bankroll and walked out with $189. It reached 86 degrees out there today. About 15 degrees above normal. It was still a lot of fun.

LOL! I hit a couple of "chalkies". No big prices. But the sausage and peppers were amazing!
