Race#5-#10 MOONLIT AFFAIR 7-2 ML Easy going away winner last week, post might help inflate the price.

Race#7-#8 MYSTIFYING 5-1 ML Looked exponentially better picking up McNair last week, I’ll assume Auciello trainees will partner up on the front, tactic employed many times before.

Race#8-#3 BETTOR BEA TERROR 5-2 ML Looked sharp in a paid qualifier last week, 8-5 would be a gift in here, expect even a marginal effort from McClure in here.

Race#9-#6 TWO PISTOL ANNIE 5-1 ML Zero chance you get the morning line assessment, nice Q over Freehold, nice year last year. Main competition comes next door, might trip out in here.

Race#12-#6 SUNDAY AFTERNOON 5-2ML Classic drop n pop in here, draws perfectly , will get off the wings & should handle this pedestrian bunch.

Best Of Luck  tmbz1

  • Sweet: Thankfully Mike is on the case, along with NYCLASS and other protestors.  When any side has no represenation, then they're screwed, because money and power rule of ethics i.e. the horse racing industry and how it cannot self sustain.  Pacer 2 and G are evil, nuts too!  tmbz1

  • dougie: IIB, I think the mayor will sign the bill if it reaches his desk. The optics on this issue is bad for the horse carriage industry. Animal activists are adept to using the media to enlist horror and anger by the public.

  • Ignorance Is Bliss: It's now a bill with city council. Public hearings will be scheduled then the council votes on it. If passed it's sent to the Mayor to sign into law. He has already said he's in. Marte just took over, Bob Holden is the actual author of the bill who retired last year.

  • dougie: IIB, I have been reading some of the work Councilman Marte has been doing on this issue. I think he might be successful with passing the 'Ryders Law" Bill this time around. The image of the horse dead on the street has even been seen here everywhere. If the animal activists can get this on the ballot, who knows how the vote will go.
