Nothing will change. He's not even at the track. The drivers are going to give zero fucks about a judge who isn't on the grounds.

This makes no sense. A ZOOM JUDGE. Curious how the present judges feel about someone looking over their shoulder and questioning the decisions they make.

He's Jeff's personal judge. He reports to Jeff what he sees and Jeff makes the decision on whether a driver gets warned or suspended from the Meadowlands.  He has nothing to do with the NJRC judges.  Jeff's house, Jeff's rules.
