810 KAR 3:020 Sec. 15 (1)(d)(g)(i)(q)(v)---Having been forwarded to the Kentucky Horse
Racing Commission License review committee for consideration, the 2022 KHRC
Occupational License application of Dean Eckley is hereby ruled Denied. He shall be
eligible to reapply in 2023.
Status as of 9/19/2022 - Subsequent Ruling - 810 KAR 3:020 Sec. 13 (1)(2)(3)---The
June 8, 2022 Judges ruling numbered J2022--014 is recinded. By agreement with the
KHRC licensing committee, Dean Eckley was allowed to withdraw his 2022
occupational license application, therefore, the application is no longer denied.
