Racetrack management state commissioners. Race secretaries etc.  it’s happening right in front of you. What are you gonna do about it    NOTHING!

Don't really care if Atlanta races hambo day, enough other great horses to watch. Getting rid of Blackhurst is a start, but they need to move the judges around more so they don't get to cozy with trainers and drivers.
