He is listed on the 1 horse in race 3. Its one of cicere's horses.

Cecere (lindy farms) stables at sunshine meadows. I believe Oosting was here and qualified on at the end of March.

Really? Oosting in New England? I would of never of guessed. I thought he held his own with the drivers colony at Hoosier the past couple of years.
