Fix in 2026
« on: December 31, 2025, 07:02:13 PM »
I'd like to begin this post by wishing my fellow HHF (Hebrew Horseplop Family) Mazel Tov.  As we say goodbye to this past year, I have many things to get off my chest.  First, I managed to mush my beloved Bears by going to the game and sit in the nosebleed section.  I am famous for mushing the Cubs and Blackhawks.  Darn!  Despite my prostate issues being under control, I am filled with overwhelming guilt which once I explain, everyone will get a better scope of how I retained my wealthy status.  I can no longer left this unspoken and the proper authorities have been informed, including Chris Shick that I relieved my mother of her life in order to obtain the insurance money. I cannot pretend anymore and I'm ashamed beyond comprehension.  The overwhelming desire to be a wealthy Jew clouded my judgment.  I welcome all my friends to reach out while I try and get through this situation.  Thank you so much.

I don't post bets, and I predict, make that I guarantee you'll lose money in 2026 because your handicapping sucks.
How many people on here other than you actually post every single wager they make. Some may predict who they like in a race but not how they actually bet the race like you because it's nobody's business but their own.

  • dougie: IIB, I think the mayor will sign the bill if it reaches his desk. The optics on this issue is bad for the horse carriage industry. Animal activists are adept to using the media to enlist horror and anger by the public.

  • Ignorance Is Bliss: It's now a bill with city council. Public hearings will be scheduled then the council votes on it. If passed it's sent to the Mayor to sign into law. He has already said he's in. Marte just took over, Bob Holden is the actual author of the bill who retired last year.

  • dougie: IIB, I have been reading some of the work Councilman Marte has been doing on this issue. I think he might be successful with passing the 'Ryders Law" Bill this time around. The image of the horse dead on the street has even been seen here everywhere. If the animal activists can get this on the ballot, who knows how the vote will go.
