the original thread was that harness racing does make a positive economic contribution , its not a drain on the economy, perhaps not as significant as sports betting etc but positive

but you have an axe to grind on the sport it seems so you want it abolished, to you every trainer is a horse killer and every owner is corrupt for knowingly supporting the trainers
i am on record as saying i support cleaning up the sport and getting rid of the cheaters in any way possible, but there are many good people in the industry who treat horses like pets, but you choose to ignore any of that and any good that harness racing does
