Ceba goes on vacation

Ceba Horsey has been given an indefinite suspension of at least 164 days for a repeated indiscriminate use of the whip violation. When his suspension is over, he has to meet with the Presiding Judge to discuss his return of full driving privileges.

This useless piece of shit needs to be whipped like he used on the horses. 1st I wouldn’t be stupid enough to have him as my trainer but if he did that to my horse , I’d beat the fucking black right outta the no good useless coon !
