No More Drag

If the 1st 3 races are any indication, Meadowlands is on pace for one of their lowest Saturday night handles ever.

No more drag just 20 plus minutes between races.   830 and race 6 isn't even on the track 💤💤💤💤

They held up for 15 minutes because of the Kentucky Derby

I just like the fact they're starting the races close to post time instead of 7 minutes late, but how long will it last with the handle being so bad?

Work in progress. Eliminating drag and cutting the time between races is like quitting smoking and going on a big-time diet at the same time. LOL.

In spite of no drag except on one race later in the card, the last race still didn't go off until 11:34.

The races are going off at the same post time as before the change. They probably cost themselves 500k in handle last night. That 500k is not "sharp" money they lost. It's action chasing money. Not sure who is currently happy.

  • Calhoun: Thx I'm leaning to the 5 there.  Those CD/GP full field races look the best on the page. 1/2 length from being a G3 winner.
