Kinda think, it's not his fourth [at least that didn't get plead down] because if you look at what GCM
posted, it only lists the aggravated menacing is a felony on the charges. If it were his fourth, it definitely
would be a felony charge too.

  • Trigger: Santa Anita 6 horse field 2 scratches, down to 4 entries and they have a tri & super, go figure  ngc3...I hit a tri in a 4 horse field there yesterday paid $46 for a buck...last week I think a $50+ horse won in a 4 horse field too.  California, warm and sunny, but anything's possible if Baffert fails!  ;D
