drivers on the rail will just move out of the way like they do at all other tracks with no passing lane , it's a dead game

$1,500,000 in quality astakes race held at Oak Grove on Preakness Day, not like it helped their pools, $450k in @wagers. Why not Sunday, could of been an awesome stand alone racing experience!
