no contest at western fair friday

so apparently horse went down on its own , thankfully horse and driver appear "okay"
clearly no outrider
no sign of any emergency personal
the announcer had to request that some people get to the horse and driver
makes you wonder if there was a serious situation how fast would be the response be

At all the tracks I know of, if the EMT's aren't there the races won't start, so I'm sure they were there, just not in plain view.
