I see HISA has suspended him from tracks that they cover, but they have not said for how long.
What is concerning is Duarte made a statement defending Paco, and not too long afterwards the owner made a statement and is not happy at all.
Id hope they would switch trainers, but that's just my opinion.

He's been a "bad actor' for years, Been suspended many times in various jurisdictions. If it was up to me, i'd suspend him for 5 years. I think the owners of the horse will pull their stable from Jorge Duarte, Jr.
