I see HISA has suspended him from tracks that they cover, but they have not said for how long.
What is concerning is Duarte made a statement defending Paco, and not too long afterwards the owner made a statement and is not happy at all.
Id hope they would switch trainers, but that's just my opinion.

He's been a "bad actor' for years, Been suspended many times in various jurisdictions. If it was up to me, i'd suspend him for 5 years. I think the owners of the horse will pull their stable from Jorge Duarte, Jr.

Paco has surrendered his jockey license and applied to the USTA to drive standardbreds. He is working on his whipping and kicking skills.
