If Moreau gets off, then everyone that was suspended with an EPO positive will have to get their licenses back..

Even if he did get off in some fashion, the financial loss might be an industry topper.

The buck stops with Moreau. Not sure however if some others whom had more to gain then Moreau did it.
Moreau is very trusting and he is going to pay for it unfortunately.
