I am at Pompano Park in April 2017 where I see a Jay and Melissa $4,000 claimer in the last race. The horse is Fast Bill trained by some fellow William Kapinos. The horse has post #9. He goes down to 4/5 I suppose because he was earlier in 5-6,000 claimers where he basically didn’t pick up his hoofs. Between the ownership, the trainer and the post he is an automatic throw out for me. The race begins and Wally blasts out, of course, and parks Fast Bill into retirement with a 56.1 first half. Although I didn’t win a lot of money, $25 exacta payout, I laughed all the way from the second half mile to the windows.
