I’d have to go with Washington as well. Michael Penix Jr is the best passer I’ve seen in a long time and definitely throws the best deep ball I’ve seen in a while and that includes the NFL. That kid drops the ball in perfect spots.  And he also has 3 NFL WR’s.  Never count out Michigan though. Should be great game.
