I don’t bet much these days but I used to love bridge jumper races. When Mission Brief was in breeders crown at Woodbine. She looked horrible in post parade. All the sudden there was an extra 50k in show pool. I went and bet $5 to show on every other horse. She jumped it off. Jim Campbell filly was 3rd paid $50 something to show

You have to be a total betting moron to be a show bet bridge jumper. The risk so far outweighs the risk. You want a 5.25% no risk return call Charles Schwab and get into a money market fund like SWVXX. Virtually no risk and totally liquid.
