Feature race placed on a card.
« on: July 29, 2023, 07:05:05 PM »
Is it best for fans that you are trying to come out to your facility to
Card the feature race, $100k as the 14th race scheduled to go off at 10:37pm?

Good ole Ohio racing.

All depends what group you want to cater to! The hard-core gamblers will be there no matter what time it is. I think the card should have no more than 12 races carded when they host a marquee race. Send it to post by 9:45 or 10. Keep the patrons enthused with interviews and raffles. If they have a good grand prize prior to the last race, they will stay. 73cv.2

Race went off at 11:20p.

On the upside those 25 in the grandstand all got their picture taken
With Charlie May 👍

Years ago, Blue Bonnets used to card the feature overnight pace as the first. I guess a way to get fans in early.
