Tioga Downs to correct pick 4 error

They screw up the guaranteed pool last Sunday for the pick 4, but they're going to make it right by giving your money to someone else this Sunday.  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

IF THEY HAD ANY CLASS THEY WOULD PAY EACH WINNER THE AMOUNT THEY FAILED TO CONTRIBUTE THAT DAY.   NOT JUST THEIR SHARE OF THE SHORTAGE BUT A FULL PAYMENT FOR THEIR FAILURE.   FIRE WHOEVER WAS RESPONSIBLE.
