What will all the chiroquacks do if they can’t tell people they are “Drs”. They pretend to be medical types and just crack your back. Poor eye doctor, optometrist on this site, going to have to call himself “eye checker and glasses seller”, psychologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, podiatrists, dentists, most every college professor....all going to need new titles. Many other medical doctors have never delivered a baby, yes they all did obstetrics rounds as a student but not necessarily deliveries.
