Horse racing in Ontario has always been about who you know. If you ask me WEG violates employment standards which is the hiring of persons based on experience and qualifications. Right down to Middleton who only got his job because of his old man. AGCO is the same who hire judges based on who they know and some of them as trainers and drivers had multiple offences against them, the BS never stops in Ontario.

And here I thought Middleton was announcing at Flamboro, and was a good hire. Didnt realize he was simply a result of nepotism lol.
