Pls look at start of race 16 replay....#1, a pacer, broke on turn, galloped to the outside NEVER close to top stretch for start - #9 safely moved up and around....is there not a case for refund on #1 when you see it?

NOTHING FAIR ABOUT THAT START.  Trotting starts one thing, but pacers, like tgat event...yikes.

If there is broken equipment or interference before the start the starter can order a recall. Otherwise they are going to roll it.

This aft at meadows race 7..more of the same..take a peek at replay..granted it was trotter..i didnt have but have to ask about co fave #1 sophie lia cshaw/dirk simpson was allkinda breaking prior to even the toteboard car gather before race...never a call...i mean 100 lengths back.
Is meadows along same lines as ohio...unless broken equip...no fairstart pole? No refund? Is it usta rule?
Finish of race replay had time to get coffee and comeback before horse crossed.

Were spoiled up in toronto area...almost everytime, either gait, those kinda distant starters gonna get your money back.
