I don't recall ever seeing a horse blatantly interfere with another, a foregone conclusion to get tossed & they let him come for a win picture then say possible inquiry ?? He got tossed by the way...

yes that was odd
you would think the driver would have had an idea he int with the other horse of judges let him know
it was like the driver thought if they took the picture fast enough they would not take him down

With the extreme incompetence of the AGCO it was a good idea to go to winner circle!!! 50/50 the judges were actually watching that race
