So I asked the Joliet OTB why weren't they having one of these promotions and they said because they have a promotion for the new slot machines going on right now.

The slot machine promotion is advertised in a coupon book distributed in Joliet and nowhere else.

  • MTP1972: I think if your bets had fixed odds you'd have a better chance of winning. This BS of never knowing your odds until after the race starts is BS. especially when the odds drop thru the roof to the point where I never would have made the bet in the first place.
