People who know Leroy Slabaugh, watch him!!! He is Thief and dont pay for things. He stole $3,000 in Medication from me. So I reported his ass to the Indiana Racing Comission. Nothing like making a statement. I am tired of these damn horsemen screwing one another especially when you try to help them. They need to be taught a lesson. I even sent them receipt.
