another one, had hands of gold, but couldn't stay out of trouble. I don't think he's driven in years

He`s 51. He was as talented a driver as anyone I ever saw but didn`t have the mind or will power to stay away from the drugs and prostitutes.

I WAS VERY, VERY GOOD FRIENDS WITH HIM AND HIS BROTHER RICKY (RIP) WHEN WE WERE KIDS AND OUR FAMILIES WERE BOTH RACING THE BATAVIA/BUFFALO CIRCUIT BACK IN THE 70S. WE USED TO CALL HIM BEENO. GREAT TIMES AND MEMORIES. SORRY TO HEAR HE HAS HAD SOME PROBLEMS.

Yes, he has had cancer a couple times. He would have been able to compete with Morrill and he was actually friends with him.

  • Calhoun: Thx I'm leaning to the 5 there.  Those CD/GP full field races look the best on the page. 1/2 length from being a G3 winner.
