Would these ones be stubble instead of full beard, there still fronts for who really is in charge
-
So if a person is jogging, training, buying, selling, and claiming horses as well as employing people and responsible for the day to day care of the horses are they not in "charge"

That would be determined by the Irs , always follow the money
-
Exactly, so therefore it is not up to horseplop to decide who is and isn't a beard, because I'm pretty sure not one person on here has reviewed these people's tax records.
-
They are beards if the banned trainer is still at the farm. It is the banned trainer that juices the horses.

a groom isnt a trainer. if someones banned then and the new "trainer" is working under them--- its a beard.

they are usually just second trainers - doing the bidding of the pro who juices them up but cant get licensed anymore. why is everyone playing stupid\?

You list brandstetter and her dad who lives in Maine, and marks who is stuck in Canada and can't leave and is also in and out of rehab so how would they be doing anything, they aren't caring for the horses or touching them at all,
-
If you said spacarelli that would make sense when he was a beard because both the beard and trainer were at the farm when that was going on

and magically he disappeared ngc3

Rumor has it her dad travels down now and then? But don't you think he may have taught her some of the magic potions
-
So my question is and always has been this.....
"If a husband who trains, Jogs and oversees care of a horse but not listed as trainer puts his wife or son/daughter down as trainer is she or them a beard?"
I see this all the time from track to track. Husband or father down as trainer in one state but not down in another. (Mostly because of licensing or suspension).
-
No I don't think candaces dad has a magic potion, they are from Maine not scientists obviously
-
Candice’s dad is not originally from Maine. He’s from Jersey, I believe.
The girl is a smart hard working horsewoman. I’m sure she has learned a lot from her dad but that does not make her his beard.
