how did this criminal get n yonkers? he was suspended for like 10 years from canada -- had tons of positives in nj. and now all of a sudden is allowed in and winning races at yonkers where trainers that have been racing there forever cant even race? wtf

If you get a serious suspension > a year--you do your time-and then you return-with a conditional license-meaning you get harsher penalties if you repeat.
I just looked up Medeiros-he received a one year suspension for a repeat black Box-then took time off-and returned as a groom before getting his trainers license back--whats wrong with that?? He should not be banned anywhere especially for a black box- 12 months is BS.
Recent studies I just read -explained that a black Box does not mean a horse will perform better--in fact-some go slower.

So it should be a penalty--but not so severe-a monetary fine should suffice-increasing if you repeat.
Doug Berkeley-same shit--he got 3 Black Boxes and received 5 years suspension and still cant get licensed at the USTA after 24 years.
IMHO---he did his time and then some-for a BS positive. Now what do you give someone who gets a positive for elephant juice or EPO?? String him up outside the front entrance?? No THEY should get the 5 years-or even life-like it seems they want to give Berkeley..

Medeiros had 3 black boxes and was a beard Bob Sumner. Yes I agree no one should be strung up but you have to be fair then, can't ban or restrict people with much lesser sentences.

Correct the only ones needing a beard shortly will be Ray the rat Schnittker and Mark fatty Ford. These two POS are receiving back what they have been doing to others for years. Two bullyboys who are getting their come uppance. Both have had beards previously but were the first to cry out accusing others of bearding without any evidence whatsoever . Warren Schnittker would turn in his grave if he knew how his son has treated Dows e since Dowse left Schnitter after 15 years ,9 as his right-hand man The POS couldn't even shake the guys hand on his last day. What if Dows e is training at Windgap he has no fines no suspensions no evidence of any wrongdoing..Where is the due process in refusing his entries because of two rattlesnakes..

Who ever said he can't train horses, he's been in no trouble, let me ask ypu a question, aside from josh marks saying he trains everyone's horses or anyone who is doing well at the time because he is a delusional drunk and druggie stuck in canada, what do you think dowse has done wrong exactly because most of your posts are about or against him, so somewhere somehow he pissed you off

Probably the same way pos like Josh Marks get a second chance. Only difference is Berkeley still has it Marks pretends like he does. He talks a big game for someone who only shovels shit to cover his alcohol, cheap hookers and drugs.

I called for horsemen to boycott the box at Yonkers or all scratch late to prove a point and they just don't care or there are too many juicers that it wouldn't matter. Horsemen are their own worst enemies.
