He targeted the trainers in the 1st round except Surick who got caught up in a wire tap. Gural wants everyone to think he is trying to clean up the game but it's all about his personal interest.

That’s not true. Surick and Allard both had big stables and Allard was leading trainer at YR for two years straight. That’s as big as it gets. The thing is the FEDs don’t make a move until they got you. That’s why 98% conviction rate. They are watching the big and smalls guys. You think they don’t have phone conversations with Surick and Marty Engle or Navarro and his connections. They have a lot more people right now but again, they won’t indict them until they get more. They could probably take down Erv Miller right now if they wanted after the year he had last year. That’s why you have to be a fool to buy any horses and use Erv this year in my opinion. Erv is sharp and won’t repeat that kind of year. It’s andy and Julie who will keep pushing and get caught.

I think you are spot on. Connect the dots and follow the money. Surick was really tight with Erv. They’ve got seven years worth of phone calls, texts and video survellience. I’d bet on it. Erv is on their radar but they still don’t have enough yet. One thing that I might believe is they might hold off on the bigger names hoping that they don’t keep blatantly rubbing it in the public’s face so they can back off. But you mark my words, Erv will not have the kind of year at Indy that he did last year and he spent twice as much. Ask lucPark and his partners. They were giving Erv blank checks to buy whatever he wanted. One of these days you will see Erv get locked up. Mark my words.
