the number of usa born players playing on canadian juniour teams should be the same as the number of canadians playing in the usa development program =0!!
of course usa based junior teams can have all usa born players as well

congrats to those tracks for sticking up for local horse people thats what a horsemens association should unlike ontario who let every tom dick and hairy in.i have no problem with americans coming here lots of canadians have moved there . cambell odonell. remmens theres an endless list.that said none from ontario ever moved out east to race horses yet thousands of east coaster came here to steal jobs and milk our slot program
