Title: Nice effort by Maverick today at the Red Mile
Post by: JL52 on September 14, 2020, 02:54:41 PM
I think James Garner could have beaten him to the wire. Too bad Thunder Ridge is closed, the horse might  have been a contender there.

when you have to kick out the plugs at the half in a minute at Lexington you know it is not going to end well

Well over 50 yrs of babies, no one know till they see the starting gate. Maybe this horse will grow up to be what they say he is but he doesn´t look it now. I would not even mention him in the same sentence with the Hambletonian. Looks like the tie up story will fit here. Nice 57 trotter when properly medicated.
