Monmouth also cancelled, Belmont racing in the mud now.

But its been pouring at Harrahs Philly since 8 this morning and they are getting ready for the 5th race

Tioga might get a little rain- too far west.
Vernon will get rain but no wind.
Meadowlands getting everything- wind, rain, storms.
