Title: Meth...No Worries
Post by: MIKE CAMPBELL on February 14, 2020, 03:38:02 PM
Mike Watson races horse on Meth. Pennsylvania fines him 500. Why aren't the police called in? Last time I checked, meth was illegal.

And the cheating and shenanigans keep on coming. Yet then there is the story about the pimp who loaded up one of his new girls got caught and judge threw him in jail 10 years no parole. Why is it any different with horses are they not innocent like this girl was. Who gets to make that distinction the authorities of horse racing really have no idea and yet they always rule in favour of the cheater.

Right on the mark Ice. If I am driving down the street and get pulled over and cops find meth on me, I am looking at jail time. This guy drugs an innocent animal, defrauds the betting public and gets a 500 fine. It's a fucking joke.

Your dammed right it's a joke. The rules and laws of racing have been written to provide no accountability and loopholes for the cheaters. The difference between police and racing commission's is that in some cases the police will use excess force in the arrest but even so only a few times will the perpetrators get a pass because of the excess force or a reduced sentence. With our racing commission's they take the fine and rubber stamp him out the door to repeat again.
