you need some rivalries and something for fans to follow for a few years
of course not going to happen as the breeding money trumps all

How many of you wouldn't take the cash and run, be honest. Does anyone think race tracks really give a shit about horses coming back at 4. It's a lot like the drug problems in our sport, don't ask don't tell.

Yes economically it makes sense

What I was saying was that we as an industry need to restructure to make the ages horses lucrative

Racing horses are peanuts compared to breeding.
