Luc is right. If they want to race for free, who cares? If I remember correctly, years ago Taser Gun, a legitimate free for all horse, raced the fair circuit for paltry purses. Maybe the owners love corn dogs and cotton candy.

I blame the Honesdale Fair by not putting a cap on earning in the condition for the race. Also could have easily made it a NW of some much type of race too.

Hasn't Decker been a fair guy for years? How many head does he have? Surick has millions in purses with horses at every track on the East Coast. Kind of a bad comparison if you ask me.
