Title: Did Harold Herrera Get Caught Again?

I am seeing a lot of sudden trainer changes and one of the new trainers had no starts this year. 77z.chf

In the past this meant ole Harold blew up the box again. 68xv.2 74zac.1

Considering the large number of changes happening out of the Blue (Gem), Harold must be in trouble again. 91.jzail

Give Herrera some credit for having the balls to cheat over and over again. tmbz1 ngc3

Clearly he has no fear of getting caught. 11.dt

And yes Blue Gem was one of the horses Harold used to own and get in trouble with. tmbz1 94z.sm

  Possible LIFETIME banning for Falzone, Shaka, and Haerra, out of Hawthorn.  Many infractions to be hashed out before stewards in upcoming days.  Anyone notice the scratches last Saturday?

Trainer Misael Garcia had two horses, BLUE GEM and LUCKY
JEWEL, in to race at Harrah`s Hoosier Park on 7/27/2019, prior to racing it was discovered
that the same horses were entered to race at another track under a different trainer. This
brings into question who the Bona Fide trainer is. Mr. Garcia has been fined for Jeapordizing
the integrity of racing and the horses were scratched.
