Was claimed on 6/25 @ Harrington $37,500 by A Piece of the Action. The horse was entered into series at Running Aces atleast 11 days before the claim by A Piece of Action. So the horse raced 6/18 and 6/25 for previous owners but the horse was nominated for series before 6/17. How is that possible ?

Good question

Smart owners? Had a plan. Is there a rule that you can't pay to nominate a horse you don't own?

Claimed 6/25 Harrington, entered 7/7 Running Aces

They tried to buck the system but in the long run it cost POA prob about 6k+. You figure 500 to enter, shipping, training bill since DE is not racing. Could of claimed him when they opened back up he would of been in same race. 73cv.2
